Newly Renovated 3BR in Whitby | Family-Friendly

Good location, nice area of town, but there is blood on the light fixture, dirty sheets on the bed, coffee stains on the bedroom floor and on the couch. Some moldy spots in the shower. Could use more options for cooking utensils. Could have spices and soaps for common use. Also towels for doing the dishes. In the listing, rhey say entire house, when in factcyou have the main floor and upstairs. The basement was rented separately, so therefore we did not have the wntire hous

Myself and family enjoyed our stay. The owner made communication a breeze and the home was cozy. Conveniently located to all we wanted to visit.

This was perfect!

We loved this home and neighborhood, which is within 1.5km of shopping and dining. There were, however, minimal supplies (in comparison to other properties we've stayed at). We purchased waste baskets, extra paper towels, and plastic trash can liners, but aside from that, everything was wonderful. We'd definitely stay there again.

Horrible experience Positive: The kitchen and photos were looking good so I booked it Negative: Entering the property was difficult, I had to call property management The Air conditioner and water heater was not working and I had to leave the property midnight I turned on the AC as soon as I checked in at 8 pm and went out for dinner even after coming back at 12 am midnight none of the rooms were cold the thermostat showed the same temperature , I still thought I would keep window open and use the property but as soon as went to bathroom for shower the hot water didn’t come even after running it for 10 minutes . The house seems to be unused by anyone and had smell When being not used for so many days The floors were dusty I had to leave the property at midnight and look for a different . You guys refund my money since I didn’t use the property at all Didn’t know how booking.com has such kind of property listed on there site . I feel cheated .
