Excellent basement unit in suburban Toronto, when traveling without a car
Positive: Excellent value, large enough space with all the basics covered.
Negative: No parking. For a place that isn't in a super walkable neighborhood this is a huge drawback and stressor. I would recommend the host recommend or research some parking options to recommend to guests since they don't offer parking.
