Mississauga Retreat: Your Spacious 5-Bedroom Home

We stayed at the property during a heat wave. The air conditioning was set at a temperature that made it unbearably hot, but we were not able to set the temperature ourselves. It is only set remotely, up to the owner's discretion. We communicated with them, they said they re-set it. A few hours later, it was still hot. We communicated again. By morning it was a more normal temperature, but still on the warm side. We decided to leave a day early because of this. I communicated that we were leaving early to the owner, and there was no response. Everything at the property is just slightly 'off'. Like you can only access something by going through two bedrooms. Or stairs that go downstairs to nowhere. Outlets placed behind heavy furniture so not easily accessible. Couches placed in such a way that watching tv is difficult without craning your head uncomfortably. No garbage cans in any room but the kitchen. No paper towels or towels or anything like that. I guess just - the guest's comfort is not something in the forefront, in other words. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

I wish I was given an accurate description of the property. The pictures are great but not close to reality. House is full of bugs, ants, spiders and all bathrooms suck. Patio door doesn’t lock. Property management wasn’t able to fix the clogged bathroom during my 14 night stay. They should have ensured everything was clean and working properly before posting the house. VRBO isn’t doing their part to protect clients. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This property is a scam. 1 hour from Toronto, trash out front, cars in the driveway, People in the basement! Heard them talking. Back door broken, sheets, towels everything is dirty. Laundry room smelled of urine and was not clean. Shoes are everywhere! There is packing tape on the coffee pot holding it together! At 1215 at night a man rang the door bell to move my van! This company is slow to answer. This place should not be rented out it should be condemned! I can not express how unsafe and dirty this place is! It is horrible! Was supporting stay for 3 nights and after the first night of not sleeping, feeling gross and listening to a man and woman talk in the basement we left. This is a place where you sleep with one eye open and hold your wallet at the same time.

The long grass really made it look unkept, but other than that cleanliness was amazing. Positive: I liked how spacious it was , specially for my large family. Loved that there was lots of washrooms . Messaged the host about the AC if it could be adjusted and they were very responsive. Negative: The fact that I couldn’t use backyard because the grass is so overgrown. Also the front lawn completely overgrown grass which didn’t look great. Mosquitos all over it, Packages were delivered to the house. Not sure what to do with them. The lights in the tv room did not work, which was unfortunate. There were tenants in the basement which I didn’t know about, and the driveway was full of cars..which only left 1 spot for me in front on another car I didn’t know if they would need to move through out the day when I wasn’t home. So street parking was allowed luckily .
